Live Auction Terms & Conditions – Toyota Prado GXL

These terms apply specifically to the live auction of the 2025 Toyota Prado GXL conducted during the AFL Cape York house Foundation Gala Dinner, on Friday 11th July 2025.

1. Auction Overview

• The auction for the 2025 Toyota Prado GXL is open to all guests in attendance.
• Bidding is final and binding once announced by the auctioneer.

2. Subject to Finance

• The winning bid for the Prado is subject to the successful approval of vehicle finance.
• The highest bidder must notify the organisers of their chosen finance provider and commence the application process within five (5) business days of the event.
• If the bidder is unable to obtain finance within ten (10) business days, the organisers reserve the right to offer the vehicle to the next highest bidder.

3. Payment & Transfer

• Once finance is approved, payment and transfer of the vehicle will be arranged directly between the winning bidder and the designated dealership or financier.
• A holding deposit may be required at the discretion of the organisers to confirm intent to proceed.
• The vehicle will not be delivered or transferred until full payment is confirmed.

4. Fallback Clause

• In the event that the highest bidder cannot complete the purchase, the organisers reserve the right to approach the next highest bidder at their final bid amount.

5. Verification & Conduct

• The winning bidder may be asked to provide photo ID and sign an acknowledgement of the auction terms.
• The auctioneer’s decision is final. Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the organisers.
• Misconduct or false bidding may result in disqualification.

• The 2025 Toyota Prado GXL is supplied as-is and may be subject to standard manufacturer delivery lead times.
• By placing a bid, all participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
